This wall painting was conceived of for a Murray Hill one bedroom apartment entryway to warmly invite visitors into the space. There's something to explore in projecting spindly naturalistic imagery into the architectural geometry of corners-- and can definitely be explored further. The color choice (not mine) reminds me of rooms containing more ancient work at the Met museum.
